The North Plains Municipal Court was established in 1970 to address code violations. The Municipal Court is responsible for processing citations and complaints issued by the North Plains Police Department within the City limits of North Plains.
The Municipal Court staff is responsible for coordinating arraignment hearings and trials, processing and accounting for violation citations and complaints, issuing warrants and suspension of driving privileges, and collections of fines. The Court staff is available Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm to answer any questions you might have. Please be aware that the Court staff cannot give legal advice, if you need legal advice you should consult an attorney. Court is held in two different locations in the City so check the schedule to verify which facility you should attend. Our location page has a map and addresses.
