Municipal Court > Locations

North Plains Municipal Court, located in North Plains City Hall, 31360 NW Commercial Street is open Monday through Friday (excluding legal holidays) from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You may contact the court at (503) 647-9172 between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

North Plains Municipal Court Arraignments and Trials are held once a month (see court schedule). Court is located at the Jessie May Community Hall, 30975 NW Hillcrest. Traffic Safety Classes are held at the Jessie May Community Hall. See map and driving instructions below.

Driving Instructions

Jessie Mays Community Hall (North Plains)

Heading West on Highway 26 (Sunset Highway)

  1. Take North Plains exit, #57
  2. At the top of ramp turn right - you are now on Glencoe Road
  3. Go up to & through 4 - way stop, cross railroad tracks & turn left onto Hillcrest Street
  4. Approximately 2 blocks on you right is Jessie Mays Community Hall
