Citizens are welcome to make a public comment at City Council meetings.  There are sign-up sheets set out prior to each meeting on the table just inside the entrance of the Jessie Mays Community Hall.  Come to the meeting a few minutes early and add your name to the sheet when you walk in.

City Council meeting agendas are posted the Friday before each meeting at the North Plains Post Office, the North Plains Market on Commercial Street, and on the bulletin board outside City Hall. Agendas are also posted on the City website. Agenda packets are available for review at City Hall and purchase of packet materials is at .25 cents per page.
