The Finance Department performs general accounting including accounts payables and receivables, payroll and general ledger management.  Addionally, the Department prepares monthly water bills , administers the Municipal Court and business licenses. 

The City Manager oversees the Finance Department, and is currently assisted by a contract accountant.
