Library Cards

General Library CardIf you are a Washington County resident you are eligible for a free WCCLS library card. To get a card visit the library and present us with a picture ID and proof of current residence address.
E-Access Library CardsWould you like to get started right away? Online registration for a Washington County Cooperative Library Services library card is open to Washington County, Oregon, residents only. WCCLS E-Access library card provides immediate access to:

  • download e-books and audiobooks
  • access online resources
  • reserve a Cultural Pass (must be age 18 or older)
(If you already have a WCCLS library card, you currently have access to these things.)

Property owners and non-residents are eligible for certain types of cards as well. See the full list of card types available

WCCLS Student Library Card

With your card, you can do the following:

Borrow 15 e-books at a time
Borrow 5 print books or audiobooks at a time
Stream TV and movies
Get homework help online
Never pay a late fee

Your free account may already be set up. If you're a new student visit the library with your student ID number to sign up. When prompted to log in, use your school district abbreviation and school ID number. Your password is four digits. (If you don't know your school ID or password, contact your school or library.) Homeschool students are also eligible for a WCCLS Student Library Card.
