Urban Renewal Agency
North Plains Urban Renewal Agency (URA) was started in 2006 with the purpose of fostering jobs. The URA Plan and Report explain the goals of the agency, which technically is a separate legal entity from the City of North Plains. The governing board is comprised of all current City Councilors and the Mayor, and the City Manager serves as the Executive Director.| URA Board Members | |
