Planning permits and related land use applications are overseen by the Planning Manager.

Submit Planning Permits and Land Use Applications in the City Hall office located at 31360 NW Commercial Street, between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Applications can be emailed to info@northplains.org and payment made online (convenience fee may apply).  Please note the City prefers to receive .pdf copies of applications, plans and maps.

If you would like to present an application to the Planning Commission, please submit your materials to the City at a minimum of two weeks before the meeting date.
