Community Garden
The Community Garden was started in 2012 thanks to the donation of a lease by Robinson Floral and materials from various companies and groups. It is located on Commercial Street across from Fire Station 17.Plots are aluminum troughs that measure two feet wide by six feet long. Each gardener is responsible for keeping their plot and the area around it clear of weeds. See current fees in the document below. Water and donated soil from Recology are both included in the reservation of the garden plots.
All community members are encouraged to enjoy the space for picnics.
To reserve a space please email info@northplains.org with the application found below.
You can pay the fee by cash, check, money order (mailing it or drop it by City Hall) or by credit card by visiting the City of North Plains home page and clicking the "Online Payments" tab at the bottom of the page.
