Phase 1 of a multi-phased project is currently under construction by the developer and Phases 2, 3, and 4 are anticipated to start in the Spring of 2023. This project is being designed and constructed by Pacific Community Design and Lennar Northwest. It is part of the North Plains northern UGB expansion and includes single-family residential homes, a mixed-use area for future commercial and residential use, several recreational areas featuring playgrounds and walking paths, and robust pedestrian and vehicular improvements along North Ave.

Construction on North Ave between NW 309th Ave and NW Main Street will be ongoing through May 2022. See the contractor's current construction schedule here.
