A project is underway to add sidewalks, make ADA ramp improvements, do partial pavement replacement, add new storm drainage (with curb and gutter), and upgrade the existing water main from 6" to 8" on 313th Avenue between Pacific and Commercial Streets.

Permits and bid documents were finalized in 2023 and City Council approved a contract award to Kerr Contractors at the August 7, 2023, City Council meeting. Construction is expected to begin in late winter/early spring 2024.
