Lennar Northwest's contractor is preparing to begin construction of the next phase of North Avenue improvements (309th to Glencoe Road). This work will include frontage improvements including sidewalks, driveway lifts, paving, and storm drains. Work is anticipated to take place between spring and summer 2024. All directly affected homeowners will be contacted by Lennar, and they do not expect any road closures or residents driving on gravel roads as part of this work. There will be flaggers present to help with traffic flow on the new road whenever there are large trucks or machinery in the roadway.

Past work:

• Construction is complete by Lennar Northwest, the Brynhill North Expansion Area developer, on the first phase of improvements to NW North Avenue from 309th to Main Street. This project included widening, paving, curb and sidewalk installation on both sides of the street, storm line and catch basin installation, and landscaping.
• Lennar Northwest's contractors completed construction of the left-hand turn lane at the North Avenue and Glencoe Road intersection (on the Glencoe Road side) in summer 2023 and installed streetlights in early fall 2023.
