Streetlights in the city are owned and maintained primarily by the City of North Plains. In some instances and on certain roads, they may also be owned and maintained by either PGE or Washington County. To report outages or issues with street lights, please fill out and submit the webform below. You can also call us during business hours at 503-647-5555.

Please note that many of our street lights will blink at dawn or dusk before fully turning on or off depending on the amount of daylight hitting the sensor.
