To initiate water service, please
submit an application online here. If you need a hard copy of the application, please email
info@northplains.org. There is a $36 application fee which will be included on your first bill. If you have questions please call 503-647-5555.
Pay your bill easily online! You can make a payment through our
website payment portal here. At any time you can also visit
www.northplains.org, click the button that says “Online Payments” and you will be directed to that payment portal. After a one-time, easy setup, you can log in when you need to manage paperless billing and autopay with a bank account or debit/credit card, and you can view payment history and more.
Payment can also be dropped off or mailed to City Hall, 31360 NW Commercial Street, North Plains, OR 97133.

Looking to save water and money by installing a water-efficient toilet? The City of North Plains now offers rebates for qualifying new residential WaterSense labeled high-efficiency toilets (HET).

The City has a forgiveness program for those who experience hardship due to a water leak in essential plumbing on the customer’s side of the meter. If you believe you may have a water leak, please call the City as soon as possible so a public works/water staff person can come out to check the meter to verify if there may be a leak.
